Ken is originally from Bethlehem,PA and after four years military service he attended and received his BA Degree from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley. He has extensive experience working with Buyers having spent over twenty years with national home builders such as Richmond American, Kaufman and Broad, and Ryland Homes. Ken is well know for his ability to educate and prepare the Buyer for the home purchasing process. His goal is making sure there are not last minute surprises for his Buyers. He received the (SMC) Sales and Marketing Council Salesman Of The Year for Colorado Springs in 2007 and was also nomiated for the same award in Sacramento, Califorinia in 1994. Ken has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in Colorado since 1980 and he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his customers.
